Description:

This is a web-accessible edition of a portion of _The Anglo-Saxon Chronicle_ known as "The Second Continuation" (or as Campbell called it, _Con^2_), annals 924-983. The thesis examines the relationships between the _Chronicle_ manuscripts during Con^2, particulaly annal 975, and considers some questions of hypertext theory and design that the edition/archive raises.
