TO THE ADJUTANT GENERAL,
U. S. Army.
Sir:

    I have the honor to report that from October 1 to October
28, 1899, I have been on duty in the Surgeon General's Office
as Curator of the Army Medical Museum, in accordance with Par. 2,
Special Orders No. 153, dated Headquarters of the Army, Washington,
D.C., July 7, 1893, and from October 28, to October 31 en route to
and on duty at Minneapolis, Minn., under Special Orders No. 234,
Par. 28, Headquarters of the Army, A.G.O., October 7, 1899.
