    I have the honor to report that from November 1 to November
4, 1899, I was on duty at Minneapolis, Minn., under Special Orders
No. 234, Par. 28, dated Headquarters of the Army, Adjutant General's
Office, October 7, 1899, and from November 4 to November 30, 1899,
in the Surgeon General's Office, as Curator of the Army Medical Mu-
seum, in accordance with Par. 2, Special Orders No. 153, dated Head-
quarters of the Army, Adjutant General's Office, Washington, D.C.,
July 7, 1893.
