thought would interest you, which will be out in the Maryland Medical
Journal at the end of the week. I have tried to do what I could to
help Carroll along, but so far as I remember I have not printed
anything about him before. I know him very well. I have talked
to Congressmen about him, and talked to medical men in various parts
