My dear Sir,

    I have this day shipped pr Levant, for Richmond, the Bell ordered for University of Va: -- the maker, Mr Holbrook, of Medway, in this state, warrants it for one year from delivery; he assures me that the metal of which it is cast is good, and the tine excellent;
