Ordered by the Faculty that the Proctor be required to make a monthly report to the chairman of the state of the Dormitories, Hotels, and public buildings, and any matters relating to the Students or Hotel keepers which may be worthy of being noticed, and that it be the duty of the chairman at each monthly meeting to lay that report before the Faculty Copied form the minutes
