Difference between Tablet & Raileing       $155.10

In reference to the Iron raileing spoken of I am at a loss to affix the actual cost but should suppose that raileing of either of the formes (which are inclosed)

Raileing in a plain form would be less expence

But I am disposed to think that a raileing is not absolutely necessary in consequence of Raiseing the Roof I would recommend that instead of useing Chinees raileing around the Roof, to addopt a Tablet, after the Manner of that used on Pavili on No. 8 riseing sufficiently high to cover the Roof & returning on the end falling on the outside of the Collums of Portico, thereby leaving free access to the Terrace which I should suppose desireable

If this plan should be addopted the cost the Tablet entire would cost $204.40 thereby lessening the expence $155.10
