GENERAL ORDERS

   Head Quarters, Philadelphia, Sunday, March 10, 1782.

    The Baron de Steuben will inspect the Guards at Nine oClock on Wednesday next, and the Rhode Island Regiment at eleven oClock on the same day. 73
