The Letters from Mr. de Mirbeck 27 and Mr. Vall-travers 28 to the P -- and from the Proprietors of the Federal City 29 to Mr. Walker, he wishes Mr. Jefferson to read and consider, that answers to, or proper notice of them, may result from it. 30
